Fenrir Forest

If you keep going up the staircase that brings you to the shooting range, you will soon find yourself in the large forest engulfing the back of the mountain. The forest remained nameless for decades until mysteriously in 1998 the team leader Josh Karper was killed, large wolf bite marks found along his body. Everyone on the team knew that their great leader couldn't have died from just a mere wolf attack, and so resident prankster Jack Blade started an urban legend that the mythical Wolf Fenrir of Norse Mythology stalked the woods at night, awaiting any fool brave enough to venture into his territory. The legend grew so large that they eventually named the entire forest after it, and it became a tradition for thrill seeking team members to go out into the forest at night seeking the mythical beast.
